Congratulations to Jean-François Gélinas – this week’s winner in our iPad giveaway! We have 2 more iPad minis to give away this May. Don’t wait, sign up and mobilise your research.

Jean-François is in the second year of a doctorate in Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the University of Oxford, Keble College. A member of the university’s Gene Medicine Research Group based at John Radcliffe Hospital, Jean-François’ research is in the field of gene therapy. Under the supervision of Dr Deborah Gill and Dr Steve Hyde, his group is working on clinical gene therapies for the treatment of lung diseases, principally viral and non-viral based treatments for Cystic Fibrosis. When he is not in the lab, Jean-François is preparing for the imminent arrival of a baby – sourcing cheap nappies and tiny clothes on eBay!
